Sales/Support Manager
The ideal candidate for this position knows the ins-and-outs of the WordPress software, has prior customer service experience and enjoys working with people. This position will require you to give a lot of support to our customers as well as continue to expand xLabor with both new products and providing the stellar support we are known for. You will be overlooking almost every facet of this company, and thus, must be:
a) Reliable, both to the company and the clients you deal with.
b) Energetic and hard working.
c} Skilled. Be ready to answer any concern our customers have.
Sales Representatives
The ideal candidate for this position has adequate experience with blogs and WordPress, and has the drive that is needed to work without supervision and show results. We are not looking for simply board whores for this position. This position will require you to actively seek out new clients as well as maintain our public image on the boards.
These positions are telecommute, and they both require an initial probationary period in which full base salary will not be discussed until the period is over.
