    What are you guys using for Video DRM?

      DRM can be easily bypassed and converted, there really is no protection that is effective IMHO.

        I think a mix of streaming only content and time released content is the answer. If you want to give them a download, do what Robbie does and give them a small one that is heavily watermarked and not really good to reload to the web, but give them a very high quality stream.

        For time released, pirates can only steal so long as they are a member. It will be a hell of a lot easier to DMCA a smaller amount of content (1 - 2 months of updates) than it is to DMCA your entire content library.

        It's not without flaws, but it will cut down on a lot of piracy.

          Don't do DRM...

          If you do anything similar to that, do some sort of Flash videos.
