Reason For Sale
Simple. Lack of time. Like most of you, I get a lot of ideas. What I tend to do is spread myself too thin. Right now I work 7 days a week, 14 hours a day (mon to friday) and have zero time to run this beast. HOWEVER ... if, by some miracle, I don't get an acceptable offer for this site I would be VERY INTERESTED to hear from someone able to provide a service to run this site on my behalf. This site averages 250 to 370 uniques / day without any updates in months. The movie directory market is currently undominated and is, imo, the ONLY WAY for a new entrant to successfully break into the marketplace. If you purchase this site, you get THE BEST START that money and design-skills can buy. You have an original, custom-modded, custom css-coded link list, that - IMO - looks better than any other link list on the planet (I'm biased because I conceived the design). The truth is this : If you have the time to run this beast it WILL provide a huge income, BUT you have to be committed for the long haul. You're NOT gonna get rich over-night. But if any site can give you a FIGHTING CHANCE at becoming one of the big boys, THIS ... IS ... THE ... SITE.

I have NO IDEA how to price this site. I know, I know. If I get an offer I cant refuse, it's yours. Epassporte prefered. I'm well-known and well-trusted (just ask for a reference) but we can also do Escrow. Since I've never sold a site (just domains with people I know and trust ie allan and greg at datinggold, fris, and others) I dont know the most prefered means of making payment.
