Serious accolades for merchant gateway RocketGate!

Often times on the boards we only see people posting about the negative in our daily business life. With as busy as we all are on a daily basis, it's sometimes hard to find the time to give appreciation where it is due even when we have the best intentions.
I have been using Rocketgate as MojoHost's merchant gateway for two years and been tremendously happy with them. They are fully integrated with a wide variety of banks and have such personal customer service it's scary. I have experienced this first hand as we are on to our 3rd merchant bank relationship as a result of getting more sophisticated and achieving more competitive rates over time for our volume.
Rocketgate functions as the gateway powering many of the industry's largest companies in all sectors from tangible goods, live entertainment, VOD, membership sites and now hosting... all of this done well in addition to serving mainstream markets as a core competency. They have been extremely accommodating and written custom enhancements to their interface to service our unique needs as they have grown over time. I owe Hilda Tuel at iProcessing a debt of gratitude for the original introduction.
We've been so pleased with the high level of service and interaction that on the most recent change in merchant banking for savings on our discount rate that I insisted to our new bank that we would not transition unless they were able to integrate with RocketGate. I crossed my fingers on this one but as it turned out all parties were compatible already.
We obviously do a lower volume of high dollar transactions by comparison to large volume low price merchants and every month when I get debited for Jason's small fees I just feel guilty that they have made themselves so utterly helpful with everything we have ever asked for.
