Yes class action is the best way to do it - but you need to have a valid target of this lawsuite in the US. Sueing in other countries is possible too, but again that's just too complicated for most.
In the case of TNAFlix the valid target
could be their upstream hosting provider, but I'm not sure if that is so, I'm not a legal expert too. Probably upstream providers are not directly liable.
