It's the tube site from puretna. I've had success in the past asking them to remove torrents from sites I webmaster, so might work to demand they take down the rips from the tube as well...

Best of luck! I hadn't actually visited the site, just knew it existed, I went there and it's ridiculous the amount of videos they have and the actual flash video previews in the main view... jesus

Indeed, a lot of stuff from people that visit here often as well. I would recommend every program /site owner to take a peek, and I am certain they will find some of their stuff there.
Yep, NA is the slackest at protecting their stuff. I have promoted them since they were SoCal Cash and made a shitload of money...until the last year and a half. They have some of the best content and work hard to stay updated. But their stuff is available everywhere for free. They have always made it nice and easy for their members to download everything. Zipped all the pics up, offered downloads in varying formats and quality. All the things that we all tried to do in the past to make our members happy. And now that is being used against them.

Yes, protecting content is important. However you do not steal candy from kids, just because you can.
They also run empflix.com too, right? That was another one I've heard of that's pretty big (actually alexa rank higher than tnaflix) and thought the similarities in the names probably meant they're the same. Just FYI to the copyright fighters out there that they may want to check both sites for their content.

Do they have some upstream providers in the US to send DMCAs to?
Eventually go for the uploaders, if the host do not respond. Find them on a torrent site, because they do share there too, and record the initial seeder IP. If it match member IPs on the paysite, you know what to do.

If the host does not respond they're in direct violation with DMCA and you can safely sue them. When the host is not in the US, that makes things harder, but they should have some upstream hosting providers in the US and those should either respond to your DMCAs or get sued and found liable.
Not saying going after the users is not an option, but that is much longer and more difficult route.

Yes, I am not an legal experts, but I think every civilized country is obligated to the copyright acts, some way or another. If someone is going to sue, it would also be wise to do it by joining other copyright holders as well.

Yes class action is the best way to do it - but you need to have a valid target of this lawsuite in the US. Sueing in other countries is possible too, but again that's just too complicated for most.
In the case of TNAFlix the valid target could be their upstream hosting provider, but I'm not sure if that is so, I'm not a legal expert too. Probably upstream providers are not directly liable.

The court has ruled that Usenet is reliable, same with Rapidshare, so I can't see why the same wouldn't be ruled for upstream providers.
Most important is that you - the paysite owners - react, and try to take down these infringements. Otherwise the paysite will be worth nothing, and affiliates will also dissappear. As affiliate, I will be personal loyal to those not endorse this "business model", but at the same time it makes no sense to promote a sponsor who do not react... or convert because of it
Dude both TNAFlix and EMPFlix are completely easy to have stuff removed from. I've sent them so many DMCAs that they just set me up with an account where I can delete my own shit without sending them a DMCA.
If you sent them an email requesting a takedown but not a properly formatted DMCA then that's your fault. Takes 5 minutes to write out a properly formatted DMCA and you can use that format for 99% of the sites out there so ummmmm copy/paste?
PureTNA and empornium.us (their torrent sites) actually respond to DMCAs and quite quickly and they'll actually ban users for uploading your stuff.
Is this gonna get ugly, now? Huh? I hope not. Because I thought what we were here, racial differences notwithstanding, was just a couple of old friends. You know, just both of us Californians.

brings up a question, so who is the host of this site?
I am furious, complete site rips and full fledged videos.
Anyone know who owns this?
TNAFlix even
