Republicans will not raise your taxes within the next two years and I am not sure they ever will. Democrats will. Sure their are issues other than taxes at stake but if you want to make less money and pay more in taxes vote for a Democrat.

uhhhhhh...... have you noticed that since the tax breaks that the deficit has been cut almost in half???

(This is exactly what happened in the 80s under Reagan also. When you cut taxes, you stimulate business and economic growth, and the revenues that come into the Fed actually go UP.)

Republicans don't "raise" taxes, they just spend money and raise your deficit. From what i hear, in record leaps and bounds! So you can do one of two things. Vote Democrat, pay more taxes, and actually get somewhere financially, or vote republican, don't pay more taxes, and pay WAY more taxes when they are forced to raise taxes before your economy collapses, or democrats get voted in.

And Bush's daddy increased taxes to pay for it which cost him re-election.

If you will notice, I said tax revenues had to increase. I did not say personal income taxes had to increase.

The deficit is still at an all-time high. There was a surplus in 2000.

I am not anti-Republican. I am anti-Bush. His incompetence will cost the US dearly for a very long time.

Wrong, going to war has created most of the deficit. Keeping the taxes low will actually make the govt more money in tax revenue than raising taxes.
