And it was actually a really great movie. Had all the qualities I enjoy in a film. Good story, good comedy, good action, great acting, and amazing special effects. All around a must see!

Honestly the trailer didn't show ANYTHING about the movie, it was more of a teaser if anything. It actually worked out better that way because it didn't show off the best parts of the film or explain the ENTIRE plot like most trailers do.
As for the humor it obviously wasn't full of it, but I like when a film has a good mixture of everything, and there were a few scenes that made me chuckle.Nick "Meeper" Amoroso

Don't get pumped up too much with hype, and you'll enjoy it. It's not the best sci-fi movie ever, but it sure does show the kind of film a pure geek can make, when un-molested by the Hollywood process.
I won't give away too much, but in the last 20 minutes, some serious ass-kicking takes place, and the thing thats so cool about it is the pseudo-documentary feel. The effects are so good and well integrated into the shots. You never catch yourself thinking "that's CGI". The stuff looks real.Last edited by bronco67; 08-14-2009, 03:27 PM.
