So what's the story with the content, is that included? Because that's really all these designs are with a few stars thrown over the top.

The content used in the headers is yours, the content below the header is "filler content", it's put there to show you what the site would look like once you launch it.

You would insert your own content into the place of the filler content when you launch the site. I've seen some designers put "put pics here" into their designs, but I think the filler content is a better choice
