192 Giant Laser beams firing at a tiny pellet of hydrogen fuel will not create a black hole. You need an enormous amount of mass in a very small radius that its escape velocity is greater than the velocity of light. A single pellet of hydrogen is missing about 10^100000000000E the mass to do this.
