well, when they "willfully" cut the images from the mag, and "willfully" scanned them to their harddrive, and "willfully" developed them into those html pages, and "willfully" uploaded them to their servers, and "willfully" updated them on the infringing sites, it really makes it look "willfull" huh?

Playboy should set an example, I know of at least one guy that posted pictures from Ché magazine on his forums and got sued by them. He had to pay 7500 euro in damages. It would be easy to bring this one to court since he has the images hosted on his server.
