Flash is much more important to be learned as it becomes quickly a Internet standard(if it hasn't allready). But it will not do you any good as a adultwebmaster(at least not in the near future).
As a adult webmaster you should learn Adobe Premiere.

Just because clients are not ready to accept Flash as the base for their adult websites does not mean I cannot make flash for the adult business. Tell me how many succesfull Flash enabled adult sites do you know! And did you ever thought that I might be a Actionscript Guru? Yes I call myself a flashmaster! But Flash is not all about design. Flash has become a programing language too.
And yes I do know that you can do everithing with flash. Thanks for the lesson. I hope someday every webmaster will enjoy Flash, and the thinks you can do with it, as much as i do!

both, dude ... and you need to know about the use of db's on the web, something like php/mysql...
at least learn all the basics, then specialize in what you really like the most, all of it can be used. give yourself half a year to learn this stuff, eg php/mysql will take you 1-2 months to be able to write basic scripts like boards/freehosts/toplists/...Signature Spot - USD 5000 / monthComment
