AND there was a little known program called rawlikesushi (12clicks) that I wasn't eligible to promote since I was non-US but I know a lot of guys from back then who made a lot of bank on it.

I don't think that rawlikesushi was only US, I remember being signed up and receiving at least 1 check when he closed it down, I was not US based.
