You can regularly get 30GB refurbished video ipods direct from the apple store for $179 so that's not a terrific deal there. The Apple ones also come with a 1 year warranty.

Actually, there is only a few audiobooks on there, I never got a chance to go to town on the MP3's on it.

About the price? Negative. The Apple Store has them up on a consistent basis @ that price, none are in stock atm I don't think. Pricegrabber still shows some but just went there and didn't see any.

Ummm, I don't think so

I can put mine on ebay and get $210 for it ($190 + $20 shipping), but looking for a quick sale here if possible.

After eBay fees/PP fees you would get around $177, then subtract whatever actual shipping cost would be + whatever you pocket from handling charge. $185ish? Does make a lot more sense to unload it here for time constraints vs. how little extra money it would mean for actually listing it @ eBay.

Regardless the Apple store does indeed have them on a regular basis refurbished for $179.00. If you can't wait until they get them in stock your deal isn't a particularly bad one.

notabook, yeah, a few bucks extra isn't that big of a deal considering the hassle it will save me if I sell it here versus going through ebay. Take care
