Did you go to college? And where did you go?

I started attending Northeastern University for about a year but then dotcom mania hit and I got a job right away before finishing my freshman year.

Looking back I think that attending college was the worst career decision I've ever made. I didn't learn anything I didn't already know and I wish I had spent that money and built a porn site instead.

clay - the first year is survey courses...so I don't think it's fair to say that you already know everything the professors could teach you.

(I thought the same thing my first two years)

I also took a year off to do the adult web porn thing.

I'm in the last quarter of my BA at UW's Business School - majoring in Entrepeneurship and Innovation.

And for a year I've been running my own adult sites. I appreciate that you can self teach yourself a lot of things thru expierence.... but using the lessons that others have learned can save you time, money and resources. (which translates to higher profits faster!!)

I'm in college for networkig shit the degree will look good on applications + it will help me get my certs. 2+ years I will be make some good cash. Net seceruity is where the money is at, but the cert tests are tough.

The Cleveland State University in Ohio, where I got an MA in Philosophy. My thesis topic was "Wittgenstein and Moore on Certainty." I taught philosophy and logic in a community college briefly, but most of my life I worked either as a tech writer or a marketing writer.
