oh man I remember that site.

theres probably services you can pay for to get a fresh list of scanned proxies. Or if you wanted legit proxies theres companies that offer that for a monthly fee.

I need scanned lists that don't die 4 hours after being posted.

heres what you do . go get one of those box referrer scripts that everyone usesand gets spammed to shit , then install it and pull the ip's of the people ref spamming you ( or even easier simply bookmark a "last 50 referrers" page that shows uers ip's and pull them from there
