Good. The North Korean economy is already in shambles and the famine continues. Just how much more of their production can they poor into maintaining their military?
Reagan applied the same principle to the Soviet Union. The cold war arms race made them spend more and more of their economic outpot on arms until they collapsed from the inside out.
Apply just enough pressure to keep them nervous...
