"try and double your business by doubling your leads is very hard. doubling your business by increasing your leads by 15% your conversion by 15% your money per order by 15% your retention by 15% and your productivity"
to many people focus on one aspect of the business when doing optimization
steves slash and burn example is a classic example of that

by focusing exclusively on the money per customer order and ignoring retention and conversion is what causes this problem

when you rotate thru the different sections doing one small optimization and then going to the next section you avoid putting blinders on your business optimization.
