A girl I know severed him coffee and he left her a $100 tip. She used to work at a small coffee shop near a private airport. He apparently landed there and he and his group stopped in the shop for coffee as they headed wherever they were going. She served him and the couple of guys that were with him then as they left one of the guys came up to her and handed her a $100 bill and said, "Mr Gates wanted you to have this." She said, "Who?"
