I was simply pointing out that a "slash and burn" policy might work today, but not tomorrow. Hidden prechecked xsales are a good example of "leaving as little money as possible on the table". Surfers that feel like they've been "milked for every penny" will be less likely to buy anything online again. I wasn't directing anything at you Shap.
