a) from what country it matters not, except in terms of shipping. Signups come from USA.
b) buy it myself schmy it myself. the cash + the gift = more profit than the cash - the gift. It also gives sponsors a chance to look generous.
Again, no signups (quality signups - sponsor opinion), no xbox.

The deal is retarded, or your post is? 50 signups = $2000 payout for many sponsors. $2000 + $250 is not a retarded deal, considering the loyalty the $250 ensures.
