    Can't load my sites but they are up for others.

    I can't load my sites on this laptop but I can see them if I use a proxy and other people can see them. The rest of the web seems to be working fine. Works fine on my laptop in the US just not in Brazil. It is just the one server as my other sites I can see fine.

    Any ideas?

      Could be a firewall blocking you ( happens to some of my clients after # failed logins ).

      Or try to flush your dns:

      c:>ipconfig /flushdns

      could also renew your Ip.
      I know that Asspimple is stoopid ... As he says, it is a FACT !

      But I can't figure out how he can breathe or type , at the same time ....

              it's your ISP DNS, it's happened to me like 4-5 times during the years - you can load a free DNS as a secondary DNS and see if it works (if it's that important to you)

                  Yeah it is a sort of a big deal as I can only get like 50% of the page to load and hten it just hangs up. sort of hard to do updates etc if you can't see what the result is.

                          That happen to my site but it also affect others on the same network. It took about 24 hours to clear up.

                                  yes this is also happening to me on my laptop , connected to the same network my cpu works when i load the certain site all seems odd
