Interesting to see them trying to monetize the ibill.com domain name. There must be thousands of outdated links to the domain on the web, which makes it a fair bet the domain is making money.

They are using Joomla! for the site, which is an open source content management system. Joomla! forked from Mambo CMS some time ago.

I'm sitting on a $24,000 AUD default judgement which I obtained against iBill a few years ago.. I don't expect to ever see the money though.
