paymonde/mvc is a joke....Go with ccbill/epoch and verotel is fine too....You can also check out 365billling

I've been using Paymonde for over a year now as a secondary and they have been great! They have far fewer failed rebills then other billers and they've never missed a payment!

I don't know if I've met Joe, I talk and deal with Howard for the most part. As for them being shady I obviously don't think so since I give them business. They are very forth coming about any info, give Howard a call he's usually easy to find.

I agree the Master Card issue doesn't look good, but I'm sure they are busting their ass to get things in order.

I am betting with my money by having them bill for me. Using ANY third party billing company is a gamble especially one that doesn't charge the Visa reg. fees, I chose to gamble with a company that's close to home and that I've met the owners.

My advice is watch them for a little while longer, see what comes of this MC situation, I hope they can fix things for their sake and mine and I'm willing to stick it through with them.
