Pity we can't get a deal like that. It would be tantamount to us going to the bank and saying, "I know I owe you $300k but the house is worth $3 million can I have a check for $2.7 million?" No need to prove the house is worth that much. Just take my word! Crazy shit!

The Fed bought toxic bank assets with taxpayer money and took the banks word on what it was worth. They do not want to disclose to congress what they bought and its actual value.

It is sad that we live in a society so stupid we have to dumb down the explanation of what is going on so they can understand it.

"The towers are gone now, reduced to bloody rubble, along with all hopes for Peace in Our Time, in the United States or any other country. Make no mistake about it: We are At War now -- with somebody -- and we will stay At War with that mysterious Enemy for the rest of our lives." H.S.T. 09/12/01

We need a complete audit of the fed now. Support house bill 1207 which has over 250 cosponsors yet the dem leader ship refuses to bring it to the floor for a vote
