Here's a quick education: Visa reviews a site's content before the ability to process is granted. They (Visa) are liable for the content they process for.
This is why MANY sites put up fake tours and/or members areas to get approved. Then switch them out later. If you send an email to Visa about a site with objectionable content they will review the site, and then discontinue the ability for that site to accept Visa credit cards.
Plain and simple.

That's just the tip of the iceberg in terms of how they could find out, and that's not all that could happen... Visa/MC is a private company, they can do whatever they want. You step far enough over the line, it may go beyond a big fine, and they may kill business for your entire entity (or all of them). Anyone who is anyone knows there are 3 no-nos in porn: child porn, beastiality, and rape.
