I'm not looking for a standard rebuild of the default themes. I need a unique design. MediaWiki themes are fairly complex in their structure. It's a miles ahead of wordpress or vb theming, and I suspect that a designer would have to be fairly knowledgeable in php to tackle the job efficiently. While searching in the past I know many designers who've claimed they could handle it wound up flunking in the process. i've wanted to get this wiki off the ground for well over a year now. Would like to find someone who has worked with it in the past. Do you have any experience with the system, or are you just making assumptions?
