I've been involved in the adult online industry for several years, but until now I've only worked on projects with other people. My partner and I are working on a links page website, albeit slowly. In the process, I also write press releases, FHG descriptions, etc. on a freelance basis. I used to work exclusively for another company, having racked up more than 1,000 posts on GFY.com, likely the most popular of the webmaster sites.

As I broaden my own page and get my name out as a writer, I plan to post quite frequently on these boards...no less than 50 posts on GFY daily and about 25 or so on the other boards. I know good board etiquette, how to post substantively without coming off obnoxious, etc.

I don't have a very high opinion of humanity in general, but the refusal of people to learn from history is what frustrates me most. We make the same mistakes over and over, not apparently in the hope there is the remote chance of a different outcome, but because somehow we convince ourselves there will be.

That's what p*sses me off more than anything about Zango and all the other so-called "ethical" issues. Every industry has been down the same path and reaches the same destination: the cowboys will be sidelined and professionally run businesses will prosper. But here we are, ten years on, still kidding ourselves online porn is different, looking foolish and costing ourselves a heck of a lot of money in the process.
