    How do you hide your IP on mIRC?

    I stopped using IRC a long time ago. Does anyone know how to do this?

              most servers have an ip/host hide function these days but im assuming you want to totally change it to something cool, in which case u need to run a bounce like bnc or physbnc

                                                      do /mode <yournick> +x

                                                      If the server allows it, you're host will be onfuscated, otherwise, spend $3/month and get yourself an IRC BNC from a shell provider, you'll be set with like, [email protected] and what not.
