im in the same boat. talked to a few banks and they wanted last 3 years of tax returns and all sorts of docs. gave them everything they need, but at the end they said no.

Im applying for a loan that I can easily afford but get turned down while others who dont even make enough money to afford the payments get loans. i dont get it
