One other comment ;) In terms of the things I've mentioned I'd love to hear which items you believe someone should not do. You've been around a long time and myself and many others value your thoughts and opinions.

As an industry we've been doing exactly what you've mentioned since day 1. The list goes on and on. I've always felt it's a shame people come in and abuse our industry. It's easy enough to make money there was never a need to cross the line and start stealing it.
