I agree, and not to get into huge discussion about incomes versus dentist visits, but lets just say, those in a certain income bracket are usually the ones who put off the dentist. You can easily dig up articles on that. So if its recommened you go at 1-3, and the Dentists recommend age 3 many parents are not taking them until 5,6, 7-10, and by that time baby teeth are falling out and usually discolored, anyway was just something i picked up along the way. If you want you can find the stuff in google i am sure...

Ive read that its mostly those who will not pay to go honestly, those who come from nice families, usually middle income, are often taken to dentists much more than those at lower levels of income.
