    need to successfully send out my 40k opt-in list

    I have a free-dating site that had 40,000 members, but it has been offline for a while. I am re-launching it and need a way to be able to send out an email to everybody, notifying them of the re-launch.

    these are 100% opt-in and yes they signed up to my site. no bullshit, no scam! I just need the best way to get these emails through without being blocked.

                  true true but I doubt there is any other way unless you spend a lot on software and then have to risk the money to see if it works or not
