Hey gang it's Cathy. I head up iBill's marketing and as of today communications. I'm new to this-so please go easy. Hopefully I can shed some light on what's going on here to make you more comfortable with us. I have lots going on-but will do my best to check in a couple times a day.
I have taken a peak at what's out there right now-please know that we aren't sending URLs to the FBI. Also, the following news was posted on the CMI regarding the earlier RevShare share issue-
"If you are using iBill's RevShare cookie system with the new Pay Pages you will no longer see your RevSharer's ID in the source code. The new Pay Pages are being cached for faster load time. The new Pay Pages will validate your RevSharer's ID at the time your customer submits their payment information. You can test your system by running a live transaction and view the sale in the CMI."

But it's more than just newbs whining. They have to take some of this into account. I imagine for every one guy here who says they are leaving Ibill there are five others elsewhere. We have a long and big relationship with Ibill but we are experimenting with new billers on new sites.
I agree with you that in that I don't really care about the stats...but rather the sales in the first place. By our judgement Ibill has made that harder, so of course it's time to look elsewhere.Comment

2 Days ago I phoned to Ibill and talked with an employee for at least 30 minutes. I told him to read webmaster boards to see what's going on their and how everybody likes Ibill so much. Also told him about GFY . I guess it worked

I've accepted the risks that are associated with this business in particular as well as the risks associated with starting any business period.

No, you misread. I said tell me an "innovation" in the last three years that hasnt been copied and abused to the point where it has lost its profitibility. I see lots of good ideas out there. Innovation was at its peak between 96 and 99, the last three years have been stale.
TGP being a prime fucking example. A semi decent example of something that has just been destroyed. Dialers? Good idea abused to the point where the feds get involved.
If you come up with a good idea, it will be ran into the ground by newbs sooner or later. If it is a REALLY good idea / niche, kiss it goodbye. One of the big guys will copy you and decimate you, and the news will mass produce miniatures on a grand scale.
