Speaking from experience and what has been said in this thread already - letting your gf dating other women (if your talking sex) does open the door to her seeking men since there is a fine line that most cross over thinking, "if he'll let me with her, then why not a guy? thats prejudice?". Face it - find someone who agrees that if you're going to play around that you do it as a couple - even then - be prepared for the backlash of either one of you two seeking outside fun in the relationship that will destroy it merely because the thought is there, "if she'll let me do it with her/him then why can't I alone?"
Some couples can who are mature enough, but be careful of crossing that line with someone that can easily rid you for someone else that hits that spot you can't
