          That can happen at a younger age if you hold up too long when you need to go. So whenever you feel the urge, dont hold it in too long.

                Its more rare but it can occur in men as well.

                The main treatment is the same as for women - Kegal exercises - loads of info on the net about them - they will mostly be aimed at women but its the same thing.

                You should see your doctor of course - but you have just described stress incontinence exactly.
