Just my 2cents.
No one deserves the benefit of the doubt when it comes to our freedom or our income. I've been dealing with major corporations for decades and still they send the models documents to the legal dept. for verification. They don't want to be sued or sent to prison.
Dealing with a known forger is a stupid thing to do.
