Last few updates have said the program itself needed to be new. Maybe you need to dl a new version?

I've downloaded the most recent version they have. Last night I uninstalled it, downloaded a new one and tried again with the same problem

It worked fine for me as well(well over a year ago though) but it just doesn't want to anymore.

I got a response via ICQ, and they were helpful. They told me what is causing the problem and now it's up to me to fix it.
