    Can I get sued for calling someone a bitch?

    Kind of a random question..

    Can I get sued for telling someone "shut the fuck up you stupid bitch" or arrested? This is in California and I don't really know my laws around here.

          Yea, but there are ways around that. For example, say "shut the buck up you stupid biatch" and you'll be fine.

                                      You can get sued for anything. Doesn't mean they'll win. You can get arrested for a plethora of reasons. Doesn't mean it will stick.

                                      Yes, there is freedom of speech. There is also responsible speech. Be responsible when exercising your freedom of speech and you have nothing to worry about. If you run around looking for trouble, then you're just an idiot and most likely deserve a crack upside the head.
