      We're getting a jvc. It seems to have a better handling. The panasonic a better color space.

      They both seem to be great cams.
      I like cookies.

                          No, the JVC is only 720p, but there'sa rumor that a 1080p cam is coming out soon. But that doesn't help now.There are several color tweaks available for the JVC to ,make colors look better. Search for "True Color" at dvinfo.net and you'll find sample footage.

                          I've heard that the panasonic is very clumsy and hard to use as a handheld or shoulder cam. Have you held both in your hands? I bet you won't be shooting from a tripod ;)

                                  i was looking at the JVC i havent look at the panasonic yet but a friend told me it was the cam to get as far as the canon its $4000 more than the JVC or Panasonic and suposibly not any better

                                              i like canon i have an XL1s that is use right now but i didnt read good reviews on their HD can the XLH1 the JVC and the PANASONIC got far better reviews
                                              is there a canon other than the xlh1 that shoots HD?
