Yeah, the explanation is that I said I hated their logo on their check and they cancelled the account. Read the post. The threat was made. There's only one assumption to make.

I did read above, and I also read your threads - I saw hodough respond fast to your complaint and offer solutions. I know any of my webmasters who have dealt with them have all stated how great it is to work with Hodough. So either your the black sheep and whipping boy out of the thousands of satified customers that Hodough has - or - something is wrong with your perspective and there is more to it that your not saying.

These guys are professionals - but as they saying goes - you can't please everyone. There is always one nutcase out of the bunch and no matter what you do to help them, they will always find something wrong and complain even if you offer the greatest service.
