I've used LZ to form LLC's, S & C Corps (full & basic package) and I love it - very easy. I get picked on for using LegalZoom because I have a full-time attorney on our payroll but thats because I hate wasting his time on little stuff like filings and etc. -
Yeah used them for a DBA, good experience but it was in 2006.Comment

used legalzoom in the past to form a corp. pretty easy. you can do the legal docs yourself though and save the fees. Otherwise they are pretty solid. Good quick filings and stuff.Email: [email protected]

Nope. Looked at them once, long time ago. Their rates were on par with having the same work done locally. So there was no need to do over the internet when for a marginal money difference, I could do face to face.

I have no idea why anyone would use them for a biz or dba... you can go to your states website and fill out the same info, it's extremely simple, pay the fee and your done
why you would pay for the same forms a monkey can fill out and then STILL have to pay the filling fee is beyond me, you're just throwing money away.Comment
