I 100% agree. Abraham Lincoln brought this very issue up in 1858, over 150 years ago, in his famous "House Divided Speech" when he pulled a quote from the New Testament Bible which stated, "...Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation; and every city or house divided against itself shall not stand." The Bible was written 1,000's of years ago and THEY KNEW IT THEN.
It is repeated over and over again. It is seen throughout history and we (humans) keep doing it over and over with the same results. You know what that is, right?
Albert Einstein put is best when he said, "Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results."
