VIDEO EDITING: how to censor an area of the screen?

I could only find a guide for Adobe Premiere Pro.

We have a video with a TV in the background and we need to censor it (mosaic or put a logo/color over it). The video is not "fixed"... the camera moves several times.

Can anyone help? Is there any software to do that or do we need a professional sofware like Premiere Pro?

    Thank you.

While in Vegas Video press the F1 key for the online help. The help is fairly extensive.
There are also a couple of good tutorials on DVD you can purchase from Sony or a reseller.

use iMove or Final Cut its pretty easy to censor there.

put your finger in front of the part you don't want to see

if that does not work try After Effects

It would take me 30 seconds to do it in After Effects... I guess you could do it in Premiere or Vegas, but it'd be one helluva hassle if you ask me
