I would go with the z4 over the z any day of the week. The z has a cheap interior and does not perform like it should considering it has "300bhp" -

I would definatly stick to the Z4. Nissan is nice but nothing compared to a BMW.

I have a Mercedes 350SLK with the AMG rims and body kit. About $55,000 and I get compliments all the time. Car is fast and handles awesome. Has a hard top convertible standard.
Z4 is for women. 350Z is ok I guess.Comment

I drove both.... I bought one... The 350Z has treated me well since 2004. Before I get bashed, I chose a 540I for my BMW flavor and I love it.
If I had to stick with the 35k price range, I'd look at the G35 if I were to do it all over again, but that's just because I've driven the Z and I want a couple extra seats.
People can call it cheap all they want, but that car has been nothing but perfect for me, and I STILL get compliments on that car almost everywhere I go. Not everybody is a millionare like all of us on GFY.Comment
