I use at3 from arrow scripts. This is a free script, but it doesn't take any of your traffic if you don't skim. It's possible to skim on the tubevidoes the same was as you could on a tgp.

A lot of tubes are starting to use Predator CMS http://www.ranakin.com/products/predatorCMS.html

They use it for plug submits for sending and recieving traffic and as a webmaster it is very easy to use when you are either plugging their movies or submitting plugs for traffic back. I think so far it is one of the best I have used
