                        even if there is a an exclusive, with the agreement being no other feature solo sites- a model can shoot another solo site with someone else and theres really not a damn thing you can do about it -

                        who do you sue and is it worth is in the long run?

                                This is not cut throat, Company A put up a site of some girl whose content they PURCHASED.. Company B having no idea of Company ,A, SHOT this girl and decided to build a site around her.

                                This is business, and no different from how Car companies work.
