I know a guy who runs a nightclub.
IMO, from knowing and working with him, the only way you can be sucessful doing that is if you are a stone cold asshole, honestly. The competition is brutal and anyone with a heart will lose.

Very well said. I worked in the nightclub business up in NY for a while and have invested in several clubs. It is no joke and not something you just get into and try. There are so many ways to get fucked and so many people to payoff and knock out. Very very tough business... But fun and exhilarating when things are good...Comment
