That some how... the free market, that wasn't developing it, didn't have the funding for it and so on.. some how would have done this, and some how colleges would have got hooked up by corp funding, and some how the entire country would have gotten high speed Internet.....

Corporate funding or maybe public funded... hell the Internet could be as good as public tv then, amazing idea!
