give it a try, fake or non canadian owners have no right to it, and a dispute between a canadian and a non canadian or someone with fake info will result in the canadian being given the domain. Its how I got my family's last name .ca from some american company that buys up family names.

Good domain...
Having owned a Canadian Sex Toy store I had some excellent .ca domains that I set up mulit page text based stores with little graphics.. then linked all the keywords and buy buttons to my .com site and it really boosted my google and yahoo listings and quickly shot my domain to a PR 5.

i used to run an adult store.. but its too much work

if i can't sell this domain for a fair price.. i will keep it .. hire a few workers and run a store again.. Canadians are the best in that since.. they return more offen when you provide .. good service.
